Premier PC Clinics was formed in April of 2007. Its directors John Deacon and Mark Rogers both have over 20 years experience in software development and IT support & management. They could see a huge gap in the IT service industry for the home user and small-medium size businesses.
Until now if a home user or small business user had a software or hardware problem they only had a choice of calling an unknown entity from local advertising on a mobile number or taking their pc or laptop to one of the PC supermarkets. Both these options are not ideal. Pc supermarkets have the box mover approach, where you are only a number, and the small ads are very hit and miss, with no or little comebacks, and often hidden charges.
